Thanks for a such great stay, really enjoyed it. Location is fantastic and particularly good, close to North Beach. Plus, it's not very far from downtown. The host, Joan, makes you feel at home. There's views of the sea and promenade.

I had a seafront room with a stunning view of the ocean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen in the apartment was well-equipped, and having access to it made our stay more convenient. The location was great, with plenty of nearby parking options. The winding staircase leading up to our apartment added a charming touch to the overall experience. The lounge and bedroom windows offered fabulous views, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The apartment was reasonably priced and provided a spacious and comfortable alternative to a hotel. I had a wonderful break and would consider staying here again.
The apartment was on the third floor, and the stairs were quite steep without a handrail, which could be challenging for people with limited mobility. Additionally, the doors in the apartment were fire doors that tended to slam shut loudly, and we accidentally got locked out of one of the bedrooms one night.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, providing an incredible view of the Aberystwyth front and pier. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a spacious king-sized bed. the shared kitchen is well-equipped and allows guests to prepare their own meals. the owner is apologetic and responsive to any issues that arise during the stay.
The description of the hotel can be misleading, as some rooms are actually part of a shared apartment.

We couldn't have asked for better value for our money - a lovely apartment with fabulous views, a comfy bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with plenty to do and great places to eat out. The staff were wonderful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Great view from the windows overlooking the seafront, and the location was exceptional - couldn't have asked for a better spot. the apartment was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice to have a usable kitchen and living space in the apartment.
The stairs leading up to the apartment were quite steep, especially the final set with no handrail, making it difficult for those with limited mobility. the doors in the apartment, being fire doors, slammed loudly and could be a bit of a nuisance, especially late at night.

The location of the property was exceptional, offering stunning views of the seafront and pier. The winding staircase leading up to the apartment added a touch of charm. The bed in the spacious room was huge and comfortable, providing a relaxing night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom, though snug, had good water pressure. Additionally, having access to a well-equipped kitchen was a delightful perk for our two-night stay.
The windows in the apartment could have used a bit of cleaning to fully enjoy the beautiful view.
